About The Position

Axogen is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team. This role focuses on managing the full life cycle recruiting process for various positions within the life sciences sector. The contractor will be paid through an approved staffing vendor and the assignment is expected to last a minimum of 6 months, with potential for extension. While the role can be performed remotely, the candidate should be local to the Vandalia, OH area and be available to come into the office periodically.

Requirements

• In-house corporate recruiting experience is a must
• High volume recruiting experience is essential
• Strong, creative sourcing skills are key
• Comfortable managing candidates and scheduling in Greenhouse (ATS)
• Ability to provide a positive and respectful candidate experience on behalf of Axogen
• Local to the Vandalia, OH area

Responsibilities

• Sourcing top talent
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Scheduling interviews
• Prospecting for our CRM
• Recruiting event support
• Consulting and communicating with hiring leaders, candidates, and the Axogen team members.
