About The Position
We are seeking a Full-Cycle Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts within a growing Plastics Department, focusing on recruiting hourly manufacturing talent for 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, partnering with hiring managers, and helping organizations attract top talent. Requirements
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, production, or skilled labor positions preferred
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly manufacturing positions
- Recruit for 1st and 2nd shift production and operations roles within the Plastics Department
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Extend offers and assist with pre-employment onboarding activities
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Attend hiring events and support community recruiting initiatives as needed
