Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter will be responsible for delivering all aspects of a department’s recruiting success through the development of hiring processes and both the implementation of traditional sourcing strategies as well as new and creative recruiting ideas. Ultimately, we're looking for that special someone who will play a crucial role in helping to ensure we continue to hire rock-stars with the best possible skillset and DNA match to the PROS culture. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor while driving end‑to‑end ownership of searches. Requirements

  • Proven Recruiting Expertise.
  • Strong track record of success recruiting for growing organizations.
  • Know how to attract, assess, and close top talent.
  • 5–7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience required.
  • Driven & Results Oriented.
  • Curious, motivated, and energized by building pipelines, filling roles, and delivering results in fast moving environments.
  • Values Driven & Dedicated.
  • Care deeply about culture and take pride in hiring candidates who not only have the right skills, but also align with our core values.
  • Thoughtful, engaging, and anything but generic outreach.
  • Exceptional Communicator.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable partnering with executive leaders across a diverse, global organization.
  • Operationally Sharp.
  • Savvy self-starter and problem solver who is resourceful, highly pragmatic, and execution focused.
  • Hands on experience with cold calling, pipeline creation, and building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
