The impact you’ll make As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support Lam Research North America’s growth. This is a (6-month) contract position with possibility of extension. You will develop and administer recruiting programs, partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and determine the best sourcing strategies. Your efforts will promote Lam’s employer brand, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will also support initiatives such as campus engagement, diversity programs, and immigration processes, contributing to Lam’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to document job requirements and open requisitions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, and other platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Document candidate evaluations and interview feedback.
  • Support hiring managers in offer development and negotiation.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus engagement activities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on process improvements.
  • May assist with immigration processes in coordination with legal counsel.
