Retell AI is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring across technical and go-to-market teams. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and leadership to find, engage, and secure top talent during a period of rapid growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, manage searches independently from start to finish, and excel at filling challenging roles. This position is crucial for attracting world-class talent in engineering, product, AI/ML, sales, customer success, and operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, product, AI/ML, or GTM roles
• Highly organized and can manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with limited structure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Excited about startups and high-growth environments
• Track record of successfully filling difficult or specialized roles

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound recruiting efforts
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate closely with interviewers and hiring managers to drive efficient hiring decisions
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the ATS
• Develop creative approaches to attract top talent in highly competitive markets
• Help improve recruiting processes, interview workflows, and hiring operations
