About The Position

The CLM Data Analyst supports UF Health’s transition to a centralized Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform (Evisort within Workday). The role focuses on triaging, validating, and migrating contract documents from legacy systems and other repositories into the CLM system while ensuring data accuracy, legal alignment, and adherence to defined scope standards. The position supports improved contract visibility, compliance, and operational readiness.

The position is based onsite in Gainesville, Florida. Hybrid options are available following a 90-day training period. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 1.0 FTE.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or at least 3 years of experience in document management, contracting, legal documents, accounting, finance, or supply chain in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply repeatable decision criteria.
• Ability to work with large document sets and structured data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage contract documents from legacy systems and other repositories.
• Validate contract documents and related data.
• Migrate contract documents into the CLM system.
• Ensure data accuracy, legal alignment, and adherence to defined scope standards.
