About The Position

The Contract Integrity Specialist reviews and approves non-contract purchase requests before they are converted into purchase orders. The role ensures purchases comply with existing contracts, identifies potential contracting opportunities, and communicates with organizational customers about transitioning from non-contracted requests to contracted products. The position reviews price files and Coupa item and purchase-order activity, validates non-contract requisitions, investigates price discrepancies, and may help activate or develop local contracts with oversight from sourcing. The role also follows the organization’s ethical, legal, privacy, and information-security requirements, including requirements related to HIPAA and confidential customer information.
