About The Position

Synertex LLC is seeking a highly experienced Contract Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support a U.S. Government agency. This role provides senior-level operational leadership supporting a large-scale, multi-site classified program focused on analytical, vetting, and intelligence support operations. The Deputy Program Manager supports execution of contract requirements and serves as a key operational leader responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day performance, quality assurance, workforce management, and escalation resolution across distributed sites.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (required)
  • Bachelor's degree required (BS/BA required)
  • Minimum 7+ years of federal program or operations management experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of operations, QA, or workflow leadership on analytical or research services contracts
  • Multi-site operational leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting FBI, IC, or DOJ mission environments (preferred context experience)
  • Proven experience with: Workflow operations and shift management
  • QA oversight and process governance
  • Personnel performance management and escalation handling
  • SOP development and enforcement
  • Surge operations planning

Nice To Haves

  • FBI or IC vetting domain knowledge
  • Experience developing or maintaining SOPs in operational environments
  • Experience supporting surge staffing or high-tempo operational cycles
  • Familiarity with structured process improvement methodologies
  • PMP (Preferred or Required depending on contract structure)

  • Six Sigma Green Belt

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of day-to-day program operations across multiple sites
  • Oversee workflow operations for analytical and vetting support activities
  • Manage shift operations and workforce coverage across Clarksburg, WV and Winchester, VA
  • Support surge staffing and rapid response operational planning
  • Lead QA monitoring and compliance activities across operational workflows
  • Support development, maintenance, and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Track operational performance metrics and service delivery standards
  • Drive continuous process improvement across mission support workflows
  • Support workforce performance management and escalation resolution
  • Coordinate staffing readiness and coverage across all operational sites
  • Assist with personnel scheduling and throughput balancing
  • Support leadership in resolving operational bottlenecks and workforce issues
  • Interface with Government stakeholders as delegated by the Program Manager
  • Support execution of mission requirements tied to vetting and analytical workflows
  • Ensure alignment with FBI/IC/DOJ operational standards and expectations
  • Assist with implementation of governance and compliance requirements
