You must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and highly organized. Responsibilities

• Processing all contracts after acceptance
• Earnest Money
• Loan Commitments
• Sold change orders to CMs
• Program data entry (SalesForce, BuilderTrend, DotLoop)
• Assist with Brokerage and DotLoop audits
• Mylar audits
