About The Position

CBH Homes, Idaho’s number one home builder, is seeking a Contracts Coordinator for their Contracts Department. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. The position involves processing contracts after acceptance, performing program data entry, creating change orders, and communicating with other team members regarding transactions. This is a full-time position based at CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, and is available now. Responsibilities

  • Processing all contracts after acceptance, Earnest Money, Loan Commitments, Sold change orders to CMs
  • Program data entry (SalesForce, BuilderTrend, DotLoop)
  • Assist with Brokerage and DotLoop audits
  • Mylar audits
