About The Role: As a Contract Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our contract processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. You’ll work behind the scenes to manage systems, track workflows, and support a variety of Legal team initiatives. From maintaining contract records to helping route requests and gather important information, your work helps ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. It’s a detail-driven role where organization, follow-through, and collaboration really shine. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Supporting the contract lifecycle by maintaining our contract management system, ensuring data is accurate, workflows are tracked, and records stay up to date. Assisting with contract reviews and helping keep everything organized and moving through the process efficiently. Gathering and tracking information for Legal-related projects like litigation support, corporate records, compliance requirements, and renewals. Acting as a go-to contact for internal Legal requests, helping triage questions and route them to the right team members. Keeping intake channels organized and making sure requests are handled in a timely and structured way. Jumping in to support additional projects and tasks that help strengthen the team and overall operations.
