About The Position

The HR Coordinator supports our human resources functions. This role will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years Human Resources experience with emphasis on recruitment, onboarding and data entry of employee related documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations with recruitment needs including posting, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Administer the onboarding process of new hires
  • Manage the screening process based on Company and Customer requirements
  • Administration of e-Verify
  • Date entry of all employee documents into the HRIS
  • Responsible for ensuring all hiring documents are completed in full
  • Scan employee related documents into eFile
  • Provide HR support to the Operations Department
  • Perform other functions as assigned
  • Participate in department initiatives and projects
