About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join Syntax. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of document processing, ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves reviewing and maintaining accurate document records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts.

Requirements

  • College degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Office administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review documents and ensure accuracy.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work well within a team, contributing to group objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Independence: Able to work productively and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Review documents for accuracy and formatting.
  • Work with sales and finance teams to facilitate the execution of contracts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for document review.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the manager to support and achieve project milestone goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
