Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Expert knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including proposal, negotiation, and execution, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage a project from beginning to end.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines while managing multiple contracts and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Knowledge of the SAP application tool.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface for assigned customers and develop/maintain customer relationships.
  • Negotiate customer orders within predetermined guidelines and budget expectations.
  • Inside sales representative for promoting products and services.
  • Prepare offer-to-sell/quotes for materials and services and submit to customers.
  • Review/approve customer purchase orders including pricing, terms and conditions, freight and payment terms.
  • Initiate and coordinate workflow reviews through Engineering, Quality Assurance and Shipping personnel, as necessary.
  • Monitor and manage the on-time completion of multiple customer orders.
  • Complete order entry using SAP to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Prepare all shipping documentation including QA Data Packages to meet customer PO requirements.
  • Coordinate with Business Managers and other personnel to resolve customer issues.
  • Support manager with mentoring and training of other contract administrators.
