About The Position

Join a Team That Helps Keep Operations Running Smoothly. This role involves processing vacation ownership contracts and related documentation with a high level of accuracy, maintaining and updating owner account records, and assisting owners and internal departments via phone, email, and chat regarding account information and contract status. The position also includes processing weekly and monthly cancellation reports, coordinating communication and workflow between departments, scanning and organizing records, and supporting operational efficiency through strong organization and attention to detail. Additional administrative and coordination duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Process vacation ownership contracts and related documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain and update owner account records within company systems
  • Assist owners and internal departments via phone, email, and chat regarding account information and contract status
  • Process weekly and monthly cancellation reports
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between departments to ensure smooth project and contract handoffs
  • Scan, organize, and retain records within the company’s document imaging system
  • Support operational efficiency through strong organization and attention to detail
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned
  • Assist owners and multiple departments by phone, email, or chat regarding owner account status
  • Process weekly sales reports
  • Updating owner records
  • Retain records via document imaging database
  • Other duties as assigned by management
