About The Position

The incumbent is responsible to develop the line team capability and technical understanding of processes through data collection and loss analysis. The incumbent serves as the Team's expert in troubleshooting / problem solving, the centerline and changeover processes. Accountable for integrity of data systems and loss elimination opportunities to deliver overall line results supporting the improvement of business results.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • 2-4 years Continuous Improvement/coaching experience working in a high speed manufacturing environment, with Hight School Diploma/GED required
  • 2-4 years Previous experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment, including specific knowledge of problem solving, trouble-shooting techniques, quick changeover, and centerline process. required
  • 2-4 years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations required
  • Complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with deep understanding of the business priorities.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support a 24/7 operation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree / technical certification preferred or Equivalent experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including setting priorities and allocation of resources.
  • Own the Centerline, Changeover, and Change Management DMS’s for the line, including all data analysis, management of targets and documents standards, line health checks, training and coaching of line team members on these processes.
  • Develop Capability - train and coach others on problem solving tools & techniques, changeovers & centerline processes. Own coaching for these areas during planned stops.
  • Support the line team in developing line standards for centerline and changeovers.
  • Ensure the revision, auditing and updating of these documents as necessary.
  • Partner with Manufacturing line manager to prioritize loss elimination efforts based on data analysis (loss trees).
  • Coach line operating teams on the technical understanding of the line processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
