About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Contents & Structure Cleaning Lead/Manager to lead crews and help grow our contents and structure-cleaning operations. This is a working manager position for someone who can lead from the field—directing employees, setting expectations, communicating with customers, and working alongside the crew when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading or supervising crews.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable making decisions in the field.
• Able to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive working environment.
• Willing to be a working manager—not someone who only supervises from the office.
• Comfortable communicating with customers during stressful situations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Nice To Haves

• The ideal candidate may come from restoration, professional cleaning, commercial cleaning, housekeeping management, contents restoration, or another service-related industry.
• Restoration experience is helpful, but strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to manage a crew are especially important.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Someone who can take ownership of a job and a crew.
• Able to arrive at a project, understand what needs to be accomplished, organize the employees, communicate with the customer, and keep the project moving.
• A strong working leader who can help us continue developing and growing our contents and structure-cleaning division.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning and contents crews in the field.
• Assign daily responsibilities and keep crews productive, organized, and on schedule.
• Train employees on proper cleaning techniques, job procedures, safety, and quality expectations.
• Work alongside the crew and step in wherever needed to keep jobs moving.
• Oversee structure cleaning following fire, smoke, soot, water, and other property damage.
• Lead contents cleaning, pack-outs, inventory, handling, and pack-backs.
• Perform quality-control checks and make sure work meets company standards before completion.
• Communicate directly with homeowners and customers throughout the project.
• Explain the cleaning process, answer questions, and address customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with production management and other departments regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, and job progress.
• Maintain organized job sites and identify problems early so solutions can be put in place quickly.
• Help improve cleaning processes and efficiencies as the department grows.
