About The Position

The Contents Project Manager ensures all customers' contents (belongings) are inventoried, cared for, accounted for and organized at all times throughout the restoration process. This individual ensures the warehouse stays organized at all times and oversees material storage and material deliveries for the reconstruction department at Paul Davis. Paul Davis is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities

  • When an insurance claim comes in, this individual will be responsible for all communication with the customer, content adjuster, and any other related parties.
  • This individual will be responsible for the content process: Inventorying, Packing items correctly, Storing items correctly, Overseeing/participating in cleaning of items, Transporting items.
  • Maintains proper packing & cleaning supplies at all times.
  • Submits proper documentation for contents estimates (inventory reports, photos, etc.) as needed for payment on content jobs.
  • Manages cleaning technicians and ensures proper work performance in cleaning.
  • Practices continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve the cleaning or content process.
  • Ensures contents are in proper storage vaults or containers in a proper way.
  • Assist team members with tasks as needed.
  • Oversees the Paul Davis warehouse ensuring it’s organized and maintained properly.
  • Accepts deliveries of construction materials and ensures they are labeled and properly stored until needed.
