About The Position

Servpro of Helena & Great Falls: Contents Technician. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8AM -5PM. Pay starts at $17-18/hour, DOE, with possibility of overtime. There is a $1.00 raise after a six-month probationary period. Paid time off and paid holidays are provided after the probationary period. This role involves helping with the inventory, packing, moving, and restoration of customer contents following fire or flood in their residence.

Requirements

Attention to detail
Effective oral communication
High school diploma/GED
Valid drivers license
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

Experience in moving/cleaning/restoration is a plus

Responsibilities

Help inventory, packing, moving, and restoration of customer contents following fire or flood in their residence.
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
Set up staging area for each project.
Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Communicate with Contents Manager and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
