Summary: The Content Services Solution Engineer is responsible for defining, designing and conducting the technical aspects of internal and client projects, as well as, participating in new sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in software support and configuration
• Experience in content management and data analysis
• Self-motivated individual capable of demonstrating individual initiative
• Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to end-client
• Detail oriented, good judgement and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in process development
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Committed to a high level of service
• Professional and superior written and spoken communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Web conferencing tools (i.e., WebEx, GoToMeeting)

Nice To Haves

• XSL, XSLT, XSL-FO, HTML, CSS, DITA, DocBook, S1000D, MIL-STD
• Familiar with FrameMaker, InDesign, , XMetaL, ArbortextEditor
• Familiar with content management, data composition, publishing, graphic creation, and translation process

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for software implementations and configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets and other related technologies
• Analyze new sales requirements
• Be the expert in product features and define new features to improve the product
• Lead workshops, consulting and training events
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
