About The Position

TELUS Digital’s AI Community is a global network of contributors who help collect, enhance, train, translate, and localize content for AI models. This independent contractor opportunity involves reviewing online content to help improve AI-powered search technology. Using a specialized online platform, you will analyze and provide feedback on text, webpages, images, and other content, and rate search results for relevance and quality. Work is remote, and contributors can choose when and how much to work, subject to project availability and quality requirements. Compensation is $0.2333 per completed task, with estimated earning potential of $14 per hour; actual earnings may vary according to task volume, project requirements, quality, and productivity. Only one person per household may participate in the program.

No previous professional experience is required. Applicants must meet the basic requirements and successfully complete an English language assessment, an open-book qualification exam, and ID verification.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have resided in the United States for the past three consecutive years.
• Familiarity with current and historical U.S. business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Active use of Gmail and social media platforms.
• Experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with varied online content.
• Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection.
• Access to a smartphone running Android 5.0 or higher, or iOS 14 or higher.
• Access to a personal computer.
• Complete an English language assessment, pass an open-book qualification exam, and complete ID verification.
