The Content Operations & Governance Manager is responsible for building and enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable content operations across the Endoscopy organization. This role oversees and helps standardize the end-to-end content and asset lifecycle, ensuring content is effectively managed, reviewed, distributed, maintained, and retired to support marketing, commercial, educational, and customer engagement initiatives. Working in close partnership with the Content Governance Manager and cross-functional stakeholders including Regulatory, Medical, Clinical, Compliance, Legal, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Digital teams, this individual helps operationalize governance requirements while establishing consistent ways of working, driving workflow efficiency, content accessibility, and executional excellence. The role serves as a critical link between content creators, governance stakeholders, corporate and divisional platform owners, and downstream users, ensuring content moves efficiently through the organization while meeting regulatory, quality, and business requirements. By maintaining visibility across the content ecosystem, from pre-submission planning through PSST review, content management, distribution, and archival, this role proactively identifies risks, process gaps, and compliance opportunities to strengthen audit readiness, improve operational effectiveness, and support continuous improvement. The individual will play a key role in assessing current-state processes and identifying opportunities to standardize workflows, reduce manual effort, and introduce automation and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.
