As Content & Operations Lead, you’ll own the physician experience - with exceptional content at the center of it.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience, ideally across content, startups, agencies, healthcare, marketplaces, creator/talent, or other fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional storyteller and writer. You’re curious, ask great questions, have strong editorial taste, and can make complex ideas compelling.
• Great with people. You build trust quickly and can confidently manage relationships with accomplished physicians and business leaders.
• Highly organized and action-oriented. You can manage lots of moving pieces, follow through relentlessly, and make things happen.
• Entrepreneurial and AI-native. You love blank canvases, move quickly, use modern tools to create leverage, and want to help build a company from the ground up.
• Low ego, high ownership. No task is beneath you, and you care more about the outcome than who gets credit.

Responsibilities

• Create Exceptional Physician Content: Own our content engine end-to-end. Interview physicians, uncover the ideas and stories that make them interesting, and turn their expertise into exceptional thought leadership. Build the workflows, tools, and editorial standards that allow us to do this at scale.
• Own Physician Relationships: Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of elite physicians. Know their expertise, goals, interests, and preferences - and make every physician feel known, supported, and professionally managed.
• Drive Opportunities: Help turn physician expertise and content into real opportunities. Manage the pipeline, coordinate introductions and engagements, and keep opportunities moving from initial interest through execution.
• Build CapitalMD: We’re early. Help build the systems, playbooks, AI workflows, and new ideas that allow us to serve hundreds and eventually thousands of physicians. This is an entrepreneurial role - we want your authorship in what CapitalMD becomes.
