We're looking for someone who can make a technical product obvious to demanding buyers. As Content Lead at Endex, you'll own how we tell our story: the website, launches, customer stories, product education and social. You'll work directly with our founders, product and GTM teams to shape how the market understands agentic work and where Endex fits in it.

Requirements

• Proven content leader: 3-8 years writing and shipping content for a B2B or technical product. Your portfolio shows range across launches, long-form and social.
• Exceptional writer: You write clearly, cut ruthlessly and match voice to audience. Your first draft is better than most people's final.
• Technically fluent: You can learn how agentic systems work well enough to explain them accurately. You're comfortable interviewing engineers and turning what they say into something anyone can follow.
• Credible with experts: You can write for analysts, operators and executives without talking down or overselling. You earn trust with specifics.
• Strong opinions on the story: You have ideas about how Endex should show up in the market. You're not shy about sharing them.
• Relentlessly resourceful: You move fast, ship often and figure things out without a playbook.
• Versatile problem-solver: You're intellectually curious, quick to learn and eager to take on new challenges across a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Narrative: Define how Endex talks about itself across every surface. Set the voice, sharpen the positioning and keep it consistent as the product and market move.
• Ship Launches: Plan and write product announcements, release notes and launch campaigns. Turn new capabilities into stories buyers understand in one read.
• Build Customer Stories: Work with customers to capture how their teams actually use Endex. Turn real deployments into case studies and proof points our sales team can use.
• Explain the Product: Create demos, walkthroughs, videos and guides that show what agents can do across email, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Make the complex feel obvious.
• Grow Our Channels: Own the website, blog, LinkedIn and X. Build an audience of the people we sell to and the people we want to hire.
• Enable GTM: Partner with sales on decks, one-pagers, email sequences and competitive positioning. You're not just producing content. You're helping close deals.
• Measure What Works: Track what drives pipeline, engagement and inbound. Double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
