About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and growth-oriented Content Marketing Strategist to help develop content strategy and assets for campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, the function and distribution of content throughout the customer journey including GEO/AEO, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to craft compelling content campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. This role requires exceptional writing and communication skills, with an emphasis on explaining complex concepts and data-driven storytelling. Also valuable: experience in B2B marketing and a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a results-driven approach to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Preference will be given to candidates with prior insurance experience and/or experience writing and structuring website content. This role will reside in Jersey City, NJ and report to the Director, Content Marketing. The role works in the office 2 days/week (increasing to 3 days/week in 2027).

Requirements
