Content Design Senior Associate - Employee Experience
About The Position
As a Content Design Senior Associate in Employee Experience, you will shape employee experiences through content and help build confidence and satisfaction across products and services. You will apply content design principles to plan, create, and structure product content within a user experience design framework. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will promote narrative consistency and contribute to product design, architecture, and functionality. You will also create and maintain knowledge articles that help colleagues find information directly and through AI agents. This role sits within Human Resources, which supports the employee experience, helps shape the firm’s culture, and builds a diverse and inclusive workforce. Human Resources partners with leaders to hire, develop, and retain talent and delivers products and services that support employees and business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital content, editing, and writing.
- Experience creating content architectures and storytelling, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with project management experience.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in and familiarity with AI and LLMs.
- Experience adhering to style guides and design system guidance.
- Proficiency with content management systems; HTML knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies for products and features that align with user experience principles and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly, cohesive, and intuitive content for diverse audiences.
- Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, using user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Use the brand voice to create clear, concise, engaging content that explains complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize and enhance user experiences.
- Ensure content aligns with user needs, business goals, and accessibility guidelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the intake request queue and perform regular knowledge-article maintenance within SLA timelines.
