About The Position

Join the Employee Experience team to shape employee experiences through content and build customer confidence across products and services. The Content Design Senior Associate plans, creates, and structures product content within a user experience design framework. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain narrative consistency and contributes to product design, architecture, and functionality. It also creates and maintains knowledge articles that help colleagues find information directly and through AI agents.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital content, editing, and writing.
• Experience creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear, concise writing.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to ensure clarity in messaging.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with project management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in and familiarity with AI and LLMs.
• Experience adhering to style guides and design system guidance.
• Proficiency using content management systems; HTML knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, aligning them with user experience principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly, cohesive, and intuitive content for diverse audiences.
• Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Apply the brand voice to produce clear, concise, engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize and enhance user experiences.
• Ensure content aligns with user needs, business goals, and accessibility guidelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the intake request queue and regularly maintain knowledge articles within SLA timelines.
