About The Position

Sinclair’s Agile Content Creation Engagement Team (ACCET) is a fast-moving, collaborative team that supports creative projects, digital campaigns, and client deliverables across multiple Sinclair markets. The team partners with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital to execute projects accurately, efficiently, and on time, combining operational excellence with creative collaboration to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The Content Creator concepts, writes, shoots, and edits creative content for television, social media, the web, and other audience channels. Working with digital strategists, creative leads, internal teams, and external clients, the role develops work that supports brand goals and audience needs, from quick-turn social reels to longer-form branded videos. The Content Creator also manages network asset distribution and tracks deliverables through Adobe Workfront.

Requirements

• Passion for visual storytelling with a marketing mindset.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Camera skills and knowledge of lighting.
• Collaborative approach and confidence leading a concept or conducting a solo shoot.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant work and creative ability.

Responsibilities

• Produce channel-agnostic content for TV, social, web, and other audience channels.
• Partner with digital strategists and creative leads to develop work aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
• Write scripts, shoot footage, and edit content ranging from fast-turn social reels to longer-form branded videos.
• Work with internal teams and external clients to bring creative visions to life.
• Manage asset distribution across the network.
• Track deliverables through Adobe Workfront.
