About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled Social Content Creator to create compelling, high-impact content across our social channels. This role is built for someone who thinks in content — always filming, always ideating, and experimenting visually. You'll be responsible for creating engaging, platform-native content that shapes the new voice of Fresh in social. From campaign moments to everyday social, you'll be the engine behind content that feels as fresh as the brand itself. A sharp eye for typography and a willingness to explore creative solutions are essential to elevate everyday content and keep our brand visually distinctive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • English
  • 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong focus on social or digital content
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects and Premiere are a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first work
  • Deep understanding of photography, videography, and content creation
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to explore multiple creative directions within established guidelines
  • Solid understanding of platform formats, trends, and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Motion design or video editing experience (Adobe After Effects or Premiere)
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Experience working with fast-paced social or content teams
  • Experience within beauty or fashion industry

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, on-brand visuals tailored for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create 5-10 pieces of content weekly, aligning to brand ethos and visual standards
  • Film and edit content with a tight turnaround
  • Design polished social assets across formats, from static graphics to motion content
  • Consistently pitch new trends and ideas to keep the brand socially relevant
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and storytelling team to ensure assets support the marketing goals
  • Brief and manage outside creators for one-off projects, overseeing deliverables from concept to final asset
  • Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, cultural conversations, new platforms, and social content best practices
  • Translate briefs and content into visually engaging, platform-specific assets
  • Explore and propose creative solutions that elevate day-to-day social content
  • Apply strong typographic principles to create clear, impactful, and visually distinctive designs
  • Ensure consistency across all social touchpoints while keeping content fresh and relevant
  • Manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Clearly present and communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders
