About The Position

The Content Creator is responsible for photography and video production in collaboration with the creative team, bringing professional experience and technical expertise to develop creative solutions that meet imaging and production goals. The role produces content featuring Greenworks products and solutions, performs photo and video editing, manages image files, and helps generate social media content. It requires balancing independent work with collaboration in a fast-paced environment and responding constructively to creative feedback. Some local and regional travel is required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in video and/or photography digital content production.
• Strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience operating various camera equipment, including lighting.
• Comfort with production-related work such as photo editing, resizing images for social platforms, and creating templates.
• Ability to assess competing priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn and navigate internal processes, procedures, and data and content development processes quickly.
• Strong understanding of photography, videography, image libraries, and storage systems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance, prioritization, time management, organization, reliability, and follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and global teams and work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English language skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred, not required).
• Video or photography field experience.
• Creative and graphic design skills.
• German, Chinese, or Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the creative and production teams to produce content.
• Photograph Greenworks products and solutions.
• Perform production work, including photo and video editing.
• Upload and manage photos for easy retrieval.
• Provide fast image turnaround for web, social media, and news media requests.
• Assist with generating social media content.
• Respond to creative feedback and manage multiple stakeholders and project perspectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel locally and regionally as required.
