The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist is responsible for bringing the Travelpro brand to life through compelling content, engaging storytelling, and meaningful customer interactions. This role combines content creation, social media management, copywriting, community engagement, and SEO-focused content development to support product launches, brand campaigns, and customer engagement across digital channels. Success in the first 6–12 months includes increasing content velocity through effective use of AI-powered tools, improving social engagement, strengthening organic reach, and building a more consistent and compelling brand voice across touchpoints. By bringing the Travelpro brand to life through compelling storytelling and authentic content, this role helps increase visibility, build customer connection, and support growth across owned, earned, and social channels. This role partners closely with Product, Ecommerce, CRM, Creative, Retail, Amazon, and agency partners to create content that inspires travelers and drives business results.
