About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the public image of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around coordinating marketing events, acting as a liaison between different departments and the marketing team, and creating a wide range of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 plus years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Canva is essential.
  • A strong interest in the internet marketing and a commitment to self-education in industry principles.
  • Knowledge of email campaign creation and newsletter design.
  • Experience with Social media management tools and strategies.
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a valuable asset.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • CPR Certification Preferred
  • Skills in Photography and Video Production will be considered a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage various marketing events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet their objectives.
  • Act as the key contact point between other departments and the marketing team, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, social media graphics, brochures, apparel, and other graphical content.
  • Oversee and maintain the organization’s social media accounts, ensuring regular and engaging content.
  • Design and distribute newsletters, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged with our activities and achievements.
  • Assist the Vice President of Marketing with various duties as required, providing comprehensive support to the marketing department.
  • Protect the privacy of all patient information in accordance with the company’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a healthcare provider. Failure to comply with the company's policies and procedures on patient privacy may result in disciplinary action.
  • Potential access of protected health information (PHI) and other patent information only to the extent that is necessary to complete your job duties.
  • The incumbent may only share such information with those who have a need-to-know specific patient information you have in your possession to complete their job responsibilities related to treatment, payment or other operations.
  • Report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding the company’s policies and procedures on patient privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.
