About The Position

Valitana is seeking a creative and driven Content Creator & Producer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will help shape and amplify Valitana's brand voice across digital channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and YouTube. You will develop compelling content, edit audio and video recordings into shareable clips, manage our social media presence, and produce polished marketing content using video and podcast production tools. You will also build relationships with media contacts and key editors to expand Valitana's reach. This is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful content at the intersection of fintech, structured finance, and digital storytelling.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related marketing role.
• Proven track record managing and growing a social media presence in a B2B or professional services context.
• Strong video editing skills, with experience clipping and repurposing long-form audio and video content.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including video editing tools.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for professional, financial, and institutional audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a technical B2B environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging organic content across social media platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Record and edit video and audio content, transforming long-form material into short-form clips and highlight reels optimized for social distribution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, and leadership, to generate, develop, and execute content ideas aligned with business priorities and messaging.
• Maintain a consistent editorial calendar to ensure timely, high-quality content output across channels.
• Monitor content performance metrics and leverage data insights to refine strategy and improve engagement.
• Manage and grow Valitana's brand presence by engaging authentically with followers, responding to comments, and identifying community-building opportunities.
• Lead partnership marketing initiatives in collaboration with our vendors.
• Support broader marketing initiatives, including event promotions, product launches, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in B2B and fintech content marketing.
