Jack.org's digital channels are essential to how we connect with youth, supporters, and partners across Canada. Through compelling storytelling and thoughtful community engagement, we raise awareness, inspire action, and create safe spaces for important conversations about youth mental health. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communication, with a dotted line to the Director, Communications & Strategic Storytelling, the Content & Community Specialist supports the day-to-day management and execution of Jack.org’s owned digital channels, including social media and web. This role ensures our content resonates with audiences, reflects our mission, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and engaged online community.
