About The Position

Havenly Brands is seeking a Content & Brand Strategy Manager to serve as the connective tissue across its brands and teams. This role requires a blend of strong writing, editorial instincts, and operational skills to translate strategy into high-quality execution. Reporting to the Brand Director, the manager will be responsible for bringing brand vision and strategy to life across all brands and channels, and for driving cross-functional projects to completion reliably and on time. Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience spanning content/editorial and brand marketing.
  • Hands-on SEO experience (keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content planning).
  • Experience managing a copywriter or freelance roster.
  • Balanced analytical and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to dig into performance data, NPS, and customer insights to build personas and set priorities.
  • Strong program management skills with a focus on process, organization, and detail.
  • Ability to take a strategy and execute it across cross-functional teams.
  • Sharp editorial judgment and ability to give clear, constructive creative direction.
  • Ability to write briefs that align CRM, paid, social, and creative around a single message.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to identify and address issues without explicit direction.
  • Ability to move fast, take ownership of outcomes, and maintain a high standard of work.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a low-ego, no-drama approach.
  • Genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the content engine, including the editorial calendar, freelance writer roster, and balancing quality with deadlines.
  • Monitor customer insights (NPS, feedback, personas) and translate them into content priorities.
  • Track content and campaign performance, analyze data, conduct post-launch retrospectives, and share recommendations.
  • Execute editorial content across all brands, including assigning and editing work, refining AI-drafted articles, sourcing imagery, executing SEO, and ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Maintain brand voice and copy quality across all brands by providing creative direction, overseeing copywriters and freelancers, writing copy as needed, and keeping brand-voice AI skills current.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns, coordinating partners, shoots, and asset distribution across various channels.
  • Manage new initiatives from strategy to completion, including SEO pushes, brand campaigns, events, and launches.
  • Ensure cross-functional go-to-market execution by coordinating marketing, creative, merchandising, and web teams, briefing CRM, paid, and social channels, and orchestrating campaigns end-to-end.
