About The Position

Endless Clubs is building a global movement to democratize game development, starting with campus clubs. This role is responsible for creating the visual identity of the movement through video content. The intern will direct, shoot, and edit various films, including a hero film, motivation films, and a how-to series. They will also document events and the team, and create social-format derivatives for distribution. Collaboration on content distribution strategy is also expected.

Requirements

  • Possession of a video reel showcasing directing, shooting, and editing skills (narrative, doc, brand, music video, wedding, etc.).
  • Proficiency in shooting, editing, and color correction.
  • Strong audio skills.
  • Comfort working with a small crew.
  • Demonstrated taste and understanding of the difference between a video and a film.

  • Drone work experience
  • Experience running a YouTube channel

Responsibilities

  • Direct, shoot, and edit the Endless Clubs hero film (90 seconds).
  • Create three motivation films (Impact, Career, Fun), each one minute long.
  • Produce a how-to film series with six short films covering major club activities.
  • Capture the proof-of-concept game jam at the NYC office.
  • Document the Endless Clubs team and the building of the organization.
  • Edit social-format derivatives of all created content.
  • Collaborate with the team on the distribution strategy for all content.
