About The Position

This is a lead intern position for the Endless Clubs program, which aims to establish a global game development movement on college campuses. The intern will be responsible for building the foundation of this initiative, turning game players into game makers by developing career readiness skills through game creation and marketing. The role involves managing a team of four interns, owning the project plan, and ensuring all deliverables are shipped on time. The intern will be the primary point of contact for the Growth Leader and the Founder & CEO, with a duration of twelve weeks and significant responsibility.

Requirements

  • Experience running something significant (e.g., a startup, a student organization with a budget, a project at a serious internship).
  • Clear writing skills, ability to think on paper, brief designers, edit peer work, and write effectively for partners.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a five-person team.
  • Genuine passion for games, education, or both.
  • Likely a rising senior or recent graduate.

  • Education and experience in Game Production.
  • Experience running a club movement.

Responsibilities

  • Help define the scope and activities of the club program and set the stage to launch clubs at the first set of campuses in the fall 2026 semester.
  • Help hire the four interns who will report to you.
  • Run the team, including daily standups, weekly sprint reviews, and weekly demos to leadership.
  • Own the master project plan and ensure all deliverables are shipped by August 31.
  • Act as the founding voice of Endless Clubs to the outside world during the summer, representing the program in calls with universities.
  • Plan and run the Vermont closeout retreat and the soft-preview Leadership Summit.
  • Hand off cleanly to the full-time Clubs Lead and Marketing Lead at the end of the summer.
