Leading Edge Credit Union, a growing financial institution in SW MN, is seeking to add a Full Time Contact Center Representative to our team. As a member of the Contact Center Team, you will perform various duties assisting all departments in order to facilitate prompt and courteous member support. Duties will include being one of the first point of contacts for members calling into the Credit Union and assisting with needs such as answering general account questions, initiating loans, account openings and other tasks to efficiently assist members with their needs. You will be a member of the Contact Center Department and will work directly with members and staff with assistance while providing an exceptional member service experience. If you possess strong attention to detail, a professional demeanor and the ability to efficiently and effectively resolve member issues, we want you on our team!
