About The Position

This is a full-time position that will work 8 hours a day. Your shift hours can vary anywhere from 7:30 AM - 8 PM. Shift NOT set. Are you a detail-oriented professional who desires to support others in all digital communications? In this role, you will provide a wide range of support, including explaining services, responding to problems, offering services and products, and communicating any situation involving digital services.

Requirements

  • At least one year of similar or related experience in customer service, data entry, and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members and personnel with their telephone requests by answering questions and resolving problems pertaining to digital services that are within their authority to resolve; refers problems that are beyond their authority to the correct supervisor, vendor, or technician.
  • Provide timely responses to any and all member requests that come into the Contact Center through email, fax, chat, or any e-channel.
  • Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
  • Communicate any changes or disruptions in any digital services to credit union staff to include any instructions, resolutions, or temporary solutions.
  • Maintain accurate member account information on E-services. Ensure that member information is consistently up to date with minimal errors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Volunteer to assist other departments with any tasks or overflow.
