Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Contact Center Representative I at our Woodbury office. This position provides members and prospective members with professional, accurate and friendly service via the phone as well as meets members' needs by resolving issues and making product recommendations while utilizing credit union service quality standards and the Preferred Way of Selling. Once fully trained, this individual may work from home (training may take up to six months to complete). Please note, the work from home option is not guaranteed and needs to be approved by the manager based on performance standards.

Requirements

  • Prior telephone or contact center experience is preferred.
  • Prior credit union experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Provides members and prospective members with professional, accurate and friendly service via the phone.
  • Meets members' needs by resolving issues and making product recommendations while utilizing credit union service quality standards and the Preferred Way of Selling.
