Ideal Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative I for their Woodbury office. This role provides professional, accurate, and friendly service to members and prospective members via phone. The representative will address member needs by resolving issues and making product recommendations, adhering to credit union service quality standards and the Preferred Way of Selling. Once fully trained, there is a possibility of working from home, subject to manager approval based on performance. Training may take up to six months to complete. The credit union has six offices and over one billion in assets, offering a wide range of financial products and services.
