About The Position

Ideal Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative I for their Woodbury office. This role involves providing professional, accurate, and friendly service to members and prospective members via phone. The representative will address member needs by resolving issues and making product recommendations, adhering to credit union service quality standards and the Preferred Way of Selling. After training, there is a possibility of working from home, subject to manager approval based on performance. The training period may last up to six months.

Requirements

  • Prior telephone or contact center experience is preferred.
  • Prior credit union experience is helpful.
