As a Consumer Service Intern, you’ll engage directly with consumers through chat, email, phone, and social media—assisting with orders, resolving issues, and sharing product knowledge to strengthen our brands. This internship is a launchpad for your career in the fishing and outdoor industry, offering hands-on experience in consumer engagement and brand support while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to help shape the future of Pure Fishing.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Hands-on angling experience and a genuine passion for the fishing lifestyle.
• Organized, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy problem-solving and providing positive, solution-oriented service.
• Comfortable with data entry and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
• High school diploma required.
• Interest in pursuing a professional career in the fishing or outdoor industry.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.
• A commitment to learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work part-time hours during weekdays; flexibility is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or social media engagement.
• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate preferred.
