About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to conduct research that directly informs marketing, client experience, and business strategy decisions. You will help the creative and brand teams to evaluate marketing messages and creative concepts before launch, helping ensure communications resonate with prospects and support business objectives. You will gain hands-on experience across the full research cycle, including consulting with internal business partners, recommending research approaches, designing surveys, analyzing data, identifying insights, creating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity contribute to a variety of projects such as Voice of Client (VOC), secondary research, and other ad hoc studies. Application Timeline: We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available. How does this role make an impact? Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field.
  • Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027.
  • Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • The internship may be extended part-time through fall 2027 and spring 2028.
