The Consumer Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the in field and multi-channel activation, performance support, and ongoing development of frontline sales talent across the entire Consumer Bank, including Retail, Business Banking, Home Lending, Contact Center, and other Consumer-facing business lines. This leader plays a critical role in equipping teams with the skills, tools, data insights, and coaching required to deliver exceptional client experiences, and achieve sales performance goals. The incumbent will oversee a team of Sales Enablement Specialists who provide frontline engagement, targeted coaching, and performance reinforcement. The Manager ensures programs and enablement strategies are aligned with business priorities, grounded in field realities, and designed to improve capability, confidence, and consistency across the Consumer Bank. This role collaborates closely with Consumer leaders, Product, Training, Analytics, and Marketing to identify performance gaps, build targeted interventions, and measure the impact of sales enablement activities. Regular travel across the WSFS footprint is required to support field execution, strengthen leader partnerships, and ensure consistent adoption of sales processes and tools across all Consumer channels.
