About The Position
North Star Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced Consumer Lending Manager to lead its lending team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional member experiences. The role oversees consumer lending operations, underwriting guidance, loan decision-making, portfolio risk and compliance, and process improvements. The manager partners with leadership to support lending strategy and growth while developing the lending team and helping members achieve their financial goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of consumer lending or financial services experience.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, and lending regulations.
- Leadership and team development experience.
- Experience with lending technology and loan origination systems.
