About The Position

Blueprints is hiring a Consumer Family Satisfaction Team Member. This role involves conducting interviews with consumers and family members of mental health/substance abuse programs, completing office responsibilities, and participating in team events. Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Washington County social service network and community resources.
• Must be able to work independently without close daily supervision.
• Consumer/family member of mental health and/or substance abuse.
• Must have good verbal, written and listening skills.
• Must be able to interact with a variety of people.
• Must possess good social skills.
• Must have a willingness to enhance computer skills.
• Must have strong phone skills.
• Must present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Organize materials and daily time schedules.
• Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with consumers and/or family members of mental health/substance abuse programs at service sites or at the Blueprints office.
• Complete office responsibilities (checking completed surveys for accuracy, filing surveys appropriately, submitting time/travel sheets in a timely manner).
• Attend meetings, trainings, conferences as required.
• Participate in organizing and/or attending CFST events.
