About The Position

Blueprints is hiring a Consumer Family Satisfaction Team Member. This role involves conducting interviews with consumers and/or family members of mental health/substance abuse programs, completing office responsibilities related to surveys, and participating in events. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Washington County social service network and community resources, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication and social skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Washington County social service network and community resources.
• Must be able to work independently without close daily supervision.
• Consumer/family member of mental health and/or substance abuse.
• Must have good verbal, written and listening skills.
• Must be able to interact with a variety of people.
• Must possess good social skills.
• Must have a willingness to enhance computer skills.
• Must have strong phone skills.
• Must present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with consumers and/or family members of mental health/substance abuse programs at service sites or at the Blueprints office.
• Complete office responsibilities (checking completed surveys for accuracy, filing surveys appropriately, submitting time/travel sheets in a timely manner).
• Attend meetings, trainings, conferences as required.
• Participate in organizing and/or attending CFST events.
