About The Position

Builtwell is seeking a Consumer Documentation Processor to join their growing team. This role is responsible for processing approved consumer loan requests and delivering complete and accurate loan document packages to lenders and customers promptly. The ideal candidate will have the ability to meet high production goals, maintain quality standards, and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processes approved consumer loan applications using automated loan document preparation software.
• Selects appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors, as needed and requested by lenders to acquire needed vendor services.
• Prepares loan documents and early disclosure letters as appropriate.
• Transmits loan document packages to the lenders.
• Specific Understanding of TRID guidelines and compliance requirements for consumer real-estate requests.
• Review loan files for inaccuracies and deficiencies as needed.
