About The Position

Builtwell is seeking a Consumer Documentation Processor to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing approved consumer loan requests and delivering a complete and accurate loan document package to the lender and the customer as soon as possible. This role requires an individual who can achieve high production goals, exemplify quality standards, and own and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Specific Understanding of TRID guidelines and compliance requirements for consumer real-estate requests.

Responsibilities

• Processes approved consumer loan applications using automated loan document preparation software.
• Selects appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors, as needed and requested by lenders to acquire needed vendor services.
• Prepares loan documents and early disclosure letters as appropriate.
• Transmits loan document packages to the lenders.
• Review loan files for inaccuracies and deficiencies as needed.
